\nPreventive <\/span>M<\/span>easures<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
\nGovernment has launched a series of measures, following the recent local outbreak
\nof COVID-19 in Samut Sakhon and other provinces, to put the situation under
\ncontrol and prevent the mass infection. MICE activities as well as public
\ngathering event are required to minimize the size and apply maximum preventive
\nmeasures.

\nand preventive measures
\nAdministration (CCSA) aims to strengthen the coordination of the COVID-19
\nmonitoring and protective measures among all involved agencies to quickly halt
\nthe infection
\ngovernor\u2019s announcements or their orders to execute (1) and (2) must be
\nconsistent with the directions of the Prime Minister or the CCSA.
\nGovernor, provincial governors, of disease control authorities, which are
\nissued under communicable disease laws, are legal orders under this
\nannouncement.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nand directives concerning transmissible diseases issued by the Governor of
\nBangkok, provincial governor, or disease control officers before this
\nannouncement remain active until new announcements or directives are issued.
\nThis has been effective since 25 December 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nCentre for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA)<\/b><\/span> has announced four
\n<\/span>categories for controlled areas<\/span>, <\/span>according to the level of infection
\nrisk as follows;<\/span><\/p>\n
\n<\/span><\/span>Red Zone<\/b><\/span> \u2014 Area with multiple infections
\ndetected in more than 1 sub-zones (Samut Sakhon<\/i><\/span>, Rayong<\/span><\/i>)<\/span><\/i> \u2014 All
\nactivities are prohibited, except online activities.<\/span>
\nadjacent to the Red Zone, or the area with more than 10 infection cases
\ndetected and there is a soaring trend of infection. Public activities are
\nprohibited. Events are allowed with limited access or limited to attendees with
\nknown contacts. Online activities are encouraged.<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>Yellow Zone<\/b><\/span> \u2014 Area with lower than 10 cases of
\ninfection. The spread can be controlled. Activities are allowed, but downsizing
\nis encouraged. Crowd density control measures <\/span>must<\/span> be implemented.
\n<\/span><\/span>Green Zone<\/b><\/span> \u2014 No infection case is detected, and
\nno sign of infection is in presence \u2014 Activities are allowed, but downsizing is
\nencouraged. Crowd density control measures must be implemented.<\/span><\/p>\n
\n(CCSA) has announced COVID-19 prevention guidelines for concerts, music
\nperformances, performing arts and festivities,<\/b> summarized to \u201cDMHT\u201d – Distance,
\nMasks, Hand Washing, and Temperature Screening. The details are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n
\n<\/span><\/span>Public spaces, outdoor areas, or venues without
\npermanent seating structure, such as meeting room, outdoor sporting venue, golf
\ncourse
\nthan 1 sq.m. per person
\nwalkways in the area

\nconcert, musical performance, performing arts, cinema, theater, convention
\ncenter and other spots if compliance with the prescribed directives.<\/span><\/p>\n

\npublic space, where crowd is gathered and activities held with risk of contact,
\nmust observe these disease control measures:
\nscreening of respiratory symptoms
\nevent attendees to avoid overcrowding and at least 1 meter social distancing <\/span>
\nsoap or alcohol gel or disinfectants
\nactivities.
