MUST SEE & MUST JOIN : Textile Museum, Naresuan University

MICE travellers take a visit to the Textile Museum at Naresuan University where valuable textile from various ethnicities in the North of Thailand are displayed and preserved for future generations. The museum also showcases garments of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother. MICE travellers can also enjoy craft activities such as the flag-making activity, tie dying with tumeric or wax stamps making.

Hoi Kha Noodles (hanging legs noodles) are more appetising than it sounds. Eating this traditional Thai noodle requires the customer to dangle their legs leisurely while eating, similar to how it was done by people in the past. Do not miss picking up some famous banana products, such as dried banana, baked banana with honey, or sticky banana back home as tasty souvenir treats.

Get to know about the culture of the Thai-Yuan ethnic group at Thai ��� Yuan Cultural Conservation Center in Samor-Khae sub-district of Phitsanulok. Originally from Ratchaburi province, the Thai-Yuan ethnicity moved to Phitsanulok more than 100 years ago. MICE travellers can learn about local wisdom, weaving cultures and food culture at the center which is dedicated to preserving the ethnic traditions and culture for future generations.

Visit the historical sites at Wat Chulamanee, pre-dated the Sukhothai period of Thai history and are located on the east bank of the Nan River. Inside the temple grounds are significant historical sites, including a decorative Khmer prang (spire) made from laterite and set on a three-tiered base. Nearby is a replica of the Lord Buddha���s footprint ordered to build by King Narai the Great.
